Cancellation & Refund policy

Effective Date: 17 August 2026

This policy applies to direct bookings only. OTA bookings follow the policies of the respective platform.

Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged up to the full booking amount. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Rates: Promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Bank charges or exchange losses may be deducted.

Booking Modifications: Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable rate difference.

Force Majeure: Where travel is impossible due to force majeure, management will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or booking credit where practicable.
