Effective Date

Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by Candidasa Hills. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

Rates
All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change until a reservation is confirmed.

Payment
Payment requirements are shown during booking. Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy applies to each villa type.

Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully and not disturb other guests, staff or neighbours. Management may terminate a stay without refund for illegal, dangerous or seriously disruptive behaviour.

Resort Rules
Guests must comply with Indonesian law, respect Balinese customs and ceremonies, register where required, follow staff instructions and observe resort security procedures.

Wellness & Resort Facilities
Communal facilities are shared spaces. Guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Certain facilities or services may require advance booking or additional payment. Access may be restricted for maintenance or safety.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside villas and indoor shared areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party or invited visitors. Repair, replacement and additional cleaning costs may be charged.

Sustainability
Guests are encouraged to conserve water and energy, minimise waste, recycle where possible and respect the natural environment. Hazardous waste or pollution is prohibited.

Health & Safety
Emergency exits must remain unobstructed. Guests must follow emergency procedures and staff instructions. Hazardous materials and illegal substances are prohibited.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours apply daily from 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM. Loud music, parties and excessive noise are not permitted without prior written approval.

Children
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around pools and wellness facilities.

Pets
Pets are only permitted with prior written approval from management.

Force Majeure
Candidasa Hills is not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indonesian law.

Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through OTA platforms remain subject to the policies of those platforms.

Website Use
Website content is the intellectual property of Candidasa Hills and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
